Omnibucket Stuff
I have been helping out the guys over at Omnibucket for a bit of time now. Most recently we had a chance to interview Dr. Neil deGrasse Tyson. In the past we have done email interviews, but this time we managed to make a podcast via sKype. So if you want to give it a listen, click here.
Dr. Tyson's latest book is The Pluto Files, The Rise and Fall of America's Favorite Planet. He played a big part in changing how we have defined our solar system, for better or for worse. It was quite an honor to speak with Dr. Tyson about this and other things. Senecal did most of the talking. I just arranged and produced. You can also hear my "sweet" voice in the intro and outro...I say this as I chuckle.
This will also eventually play on Shouting Fire Radio. We are planning on making these audio interviews a regular event on Shouting Fire. I'll be lining up some notable people here soon. More to follow on that...

I am working on some stuff for the abstract club. I also made a Twitter account for the club to add some informative links. Planning a contest for the club, as well!
Current Exhibitions
Well, I thought I may take a few months off of from exhibiting, but a new opportunity came up. Yay! I do want to start arranging shows for later on in the year...closer to the holidays. We'll see what happens with that, too.
McGraw Hill - solo
I was asked to exhibit my work at McGraw Hill here in Columbus. The exhibit will be up for two months - July/August. I don't believe it is open to the public...although, I do not have all of the details yet. It is just nice to keep the work out there and being seen, if even for a select audience. I want to get a couple of larger pieces ready for this show. Yeah, I have plenty of work, but I like to have new stuff to hang. Hopefully I will be permitted to take photos of the installation!
Still calling all poets...
Deadline Extended: July 15th
I mentioned in a couple journals ago that I am planning on publishing a book of my watercolor works very soon. I would like to add some poetry to the book, so I am asking people (poets and wanna-be poets) to choose a work from my WCE or H20 Gallery and write a poem about it. If I like it, I will add it along side the artwork and give you full credit for the writing. This is just something that I am putting together for fun and as a sort of gallery book. I am sure that some poetry along the way will be a wonderful addition to my work.
So far, I have a couple of poems by nosedive and Rooballeux.
